All donations to RCDC are tax deductible. If you contact us using the Contact Us form, we will supply you with a receipt for your tax files. Funds raised through donations will help pay for the RAD (Richland After Dark) project, which includes adding 42 street lights in historic downtown Richland. Phase I, nine lights in Frisco Park, was completed in February 2020.
